Tom's Heating and Air installed our unit during the height of Covid-19 and were so professional and considerate of our safety and their technician's. Good service but a little disappointed my filter isn’t lasting as long as expected. I don’t want to have to pay to replace it but it’s getting close to needing it per technician. I vacuum everyday and am very clean, so I would hope it would last a year as intended.

They really do well with maintaining both of our air systems. One is quite a bit older than the other by many years, and they always make sure the older system is able to do its job.
